Sugar decreases high density cholesterol in the body

Research has shown that sugar does have a negative impact on the consideration of higher density cholesterol in our bodies and it has been found that as soon as we take in an above average amount of sugar in our bodies in one form or the other, the consideration of high density cholesterol gets reduced that directly results in the form of a negative impact on the overall health of our bodies.

The overall conclusion is that we should prevent excessive intake of sugar in our bodies as much as possible and this is going to deliver a direct positive effect on the overall health of our bodies in the long run.
